North West-based Chartered Accountancy practice Jackson Stephen LLP is very pleased to welcome Diane Mills to the practice to head their Outsourcing Department.

Diane started her career in the Business Service Department at Grant Thornton, where she had her first taste of working with owner-managed businesses.  She qualified as a Chartered Accountant and continued her career working on a number of high profile North West clients, eventually taking control of the management accounts department of a regional accountancy practice, before her move to Jackson Stephen.

Paul Kendrick who will assist Diane, joined Jackson Stephen on 1st April after working for 8 years as Financial Controller at Pricebusters in Blackpool. 

Business Development Partner Helen Jackson comments “We have found that “outsourcing” accounting services such as bookkeeping and financial controller role have become extremely popular with clients. Our most popular out-sourced service is the preparation of management accounts; a business may not be large enough to pay for a full time Financial Controller, but are growing at a rate that requires monthly financial reporting.  We feel this is a real growth area for our business and are pleased to have attracted such a dynamic team to work with our existing experienced department.”
