We believe that our financial controller role is appropriate for owner managed businesses which are large enough to require high level accounting assistance, but who see the cost of this as being prohibitive.

The role can involve a number of duties including:

• Detailed review of the current financials
• Reporting at board meetings on the financial results of the business
• Advice on fundraising
• Advise on alternative reporting tools/KPI’s
• Specific analysis and advice as and when required
