Gordon Brown will make what could be his last Budget speech on Wednesday 22nd March at 12.30pm.
Given the precedents set in previous Budgets, it is expected there will be a further raft of "anti avoidance" measures. However, the Chancellor is widely tipped to soon be on the move to Number 10 Downing Street, and therefore may take the opportunity to introduce a few "tax sweeteners", in an attempt to gain public support. We are pleased to give you the opportunity of being one of the first to hear the changes introduced at the Budget, and how they may affect you and your business. We will also present relevant case studies, highlighting tax issues that exist in the current fiscal environment. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session.
